📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
Monitor and maintain the performance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot various IT systems and applications.
Manage and maintain user accounts, access permissions, and security settings.
Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and availability.
Document and maintain IT policies and procedures.
Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and technologies.
Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and best practices in IT support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Proficiency in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and remote desktop software.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
