🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL).
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Knowledge of educational technology tools such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to create and deliver engaging lesson plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian culture and language is a plus.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience.
