In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the application of bio-fertilizers, conducting field trials, and providing technical support to our farming communities. You will work closely with our agricultural experts to ensure that our bio-fertilizer products are effectively utilized, leading to improved crop health and increased productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the application of bio-fertilizers to agricultural fields, ensuring proper distribution and adherence to best practices.
• Conduct field trials and monitor the effectiveness of bio-fertilizer applications, collecting and recording data for analysis.
• Provide technical support and guidance to farmers, helping them understand and implement sustainable agricultural practices.
• Collaborate with the agricultural team to develop and implement field strategies for optimal crop growth and yield.
• Document field activities, including soil conditions, fertilizer application rates, and crop responses, using field journals and digital tools like Survey123 or ArcGIS.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of bio-fertilizers and sustainable agriculture practices.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports on field activities and project progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in agricultural field work or a related field.
• Familiarity with bio-fertilizers and sustainable agriculture practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with farmers and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of agricultural tools and equipment, including sprayers, drills, and harvesters.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations across East Java.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads as required for fieldwork.
