📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect potential government clients through Ekatalog, Inaproc, LPSE, and other e-procurement platforms.
• Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of government procurement officers.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and technical specifications for medical equipment.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with government procurement regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients to foster long-term business.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service to government clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical equipment or government procurement sector.
• Proven track record of securing contracts with government institutions.
• Strong understanding of government procurement regulations and e-procurement platforms (Ekatalog, Inaproc, LPSE).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
