📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage a team of laboratory technicians, providing guidance and support to maintain high-quality standards.
• Coordinate sample collection and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of results.
• Collaborate with geologists, metallurgists, and other stakeholders to support exploration and production activities.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Provide technical expertise and training to laboratory staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting within the mining industry.
• Certification in laboratory safety and environmental regulations (e.g., ISO 17025, OHSAS 18001).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with laboratory software such as LabArchives, LIMS, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of analytical techniques and equipment used in mining laboratories.
