📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement chemical safety programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses for chemical processes and storage areas.
• Provide expert advice on chemical handling, storage, and disposal procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety protocols and make recommendations for improvements.
• Train employees on chemical safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of chemical inventories and safety data sheets (SDS).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical safety and environmental health and safety (EHS).
• Professional certification in chemical safety, such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST).
• Strong knowledge of chemical regulations and standards, including OSHA, ISO 45001, and local environmental laws.
• Experience with safety management systems and software, such as SAP, MSHA, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel as required for site visits and inspections.
