📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.,Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.,Monitor and report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.,Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information on banking products and services.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Follow all company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer systems and basic software applications.,Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.
