📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Collaborate with product developers and engineers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.
  • Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation.
  • Assist in the creation of training materials and videos for our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation software and tools.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for coffee and the coffee industry.
