FamilyMart is looking for a dedicated Store Supervisor to lead and manage our store operations in Bali. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our stores run smoothly, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of FamilyMart in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and supervise a team of store staff, providing training and support as needed.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control.,Handle cash handling and financial transactions accurately and securely.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.,Promote and uphold the FamilyMart brand image and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a retail environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment is a plus.
