📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Special Education Teacher in implementing the school's autism curriculum and individual education plans (IEPs).,Support students with daily living skills, such as dressing, eating, and toileting.,Monitor and maintain students' behavior, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.,Collaborate with the Special Education Teacher and other school staff to provide a comprehensive educational experience for students with autism.,Assist in organizing and participating in school events and activities.,Maintain accurate records of students' progress and communicate with parents and guardians as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience working with students with autism or other special needs is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each student.,Commitment to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.

🛠️ Keahlian

Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and best practices for supporting students with autism.Experience working with diverse populations and backgrounds.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to undergo background checks and other required screenings.
