📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with all health and safety regulations,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers,Monitor and control restaurant finances, including budgeting and cost control,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the required standards and deliver excellent customer service,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including food safety and licensing,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations,Experience with inventory management and cost control,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software,Ability to work long and irregular hours, including weekends and holidays,Valid food safety and hygiene certification
