📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high-quality food service and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer foot traffic and sales.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
