🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership roles.,Strong knowledge of team management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Proven track record of improving team performance and productivity.
