As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to meet the needs of our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen job applicants through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure competitive recruitment practices.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
