Production Control Planner - Plastic Injection Molding Industry

We are looking for a talented Production Control Planner to join our team at Mehow Medical (M) Sdn Bhd in Badung, Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company in the plastic injection molding industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling production processes to ensure efficient and effective operations. You will work closely with the production team to meet production targets and ensure the quality of our products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and production targets.
• Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on production performance.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the production team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning and control, preferably in the plastic injection molding industry.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and control software, such as SAP, ERP, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
