📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the business.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and participate in business development initiatives.
  • Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and customer service.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role in the hospitality or service industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing operations and driving business performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Understanding of local regulations and cultural nuances in Bali.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
