ZAP Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated Deputy Cashier to join our team. As a Deputy Cashier, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Cashier in managing the restaurant's financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, and maintaining a positive customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cashier in managing the day-to-day financial transactions of the restaurant.,Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to billing and payments.,Assist in reconciling daily sales reports with the Head Cashier.,Participate in inventory management tasks as needed.,Promote a positive and professional customer service experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or similar role in a restaurant or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and cash handling equipment.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local customs.,Ability to perform multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
