Collections Specialist - Delinquent Accounts Recovery (31+ DPD)

As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and resolving delinquent accounts, utilizing our in-house collections software to track and follow up on overdue payments. This role offers a competitive salary of IDR 5000000 - 6000000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and manage delinquent accounts (31+ Days Past Due) using our in-house collections software.
• Conduct phone calls and in-person meetings to negotiate payment plans and resolve delinquent accounts.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on overdue payments.
• Document all collections activities and follow up on unresolved accounts.
• Provide regular reports on collections progress and delinquent account status.
• Assist in training new hires on collections procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and collections best practices to improve our collections process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding collections activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, debt recovery, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using collections software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Indonesian banking and financial regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Certification in collections or debt recovery is a plus.
