LAMANSUA Dinamis is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Sanur. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is ready to take on the challenges and responsibilities of managing our branch operations.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch, including sales, operations, and customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring the branch meets its targets and maintains high standards of service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth running of all activities.
  • Manage and develop the branch sales team, setting targets and providing training and support.
  • Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints and issues.
  • Manage branch inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective branch operations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving branch performance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
