📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of banquet events, including setting up decorations, arranging seating, and preparing food and beverages.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about the event and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.,Work closely with the event manager to ensure that all event details are executed smoothly and according to schedule.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.,Assist in the cleanup and reset of the banquet area after the event.,Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines provided by the company.,Provide excellent customer service to all guests and ensure their needs are met.,Work as part of a team to ensure the success of all banquet events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or event industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic event planning and management tasks.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
