In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, including vendor management, purchasing, and inventory control. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.,Support the purchasing team by preparing purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Maintain and update the company's inventory system to ensure accurate records.,Monitor stock levels and place orders for supplies and materials as needed.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and other related documents.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including vendor management and purchasing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
