PT Tani Permata is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, fleet management, and a passion for maintaining high standards of service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet activities, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver assignments.,Monitor and track vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to ensure optimal efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance personnel to address any issues or concerns promptly.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance history, and fuel consumption.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures related to fleet management.,Participate in safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Assist in the planning and organization of fleet-related events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
