CV Permata Berkah is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Kendal. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or fleet management and be able to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet activities.,Monitor and maintain fleet performance and efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and performance.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.,Participate in fleet maintenance and repair activities as needed.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
