📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, driving business growth and revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Leverage industry knowledge to stay ahead of market trends and competition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Monitor and analyze client performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry, including project management, procurement, and contracts.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze client performance.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience working in Bali is a plus.
