📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Planning, designing, and supervising construction and maintenance activities on-site.,Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Overseeing the work of subcontractors and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.,Conducting regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Maintaining detailed records of all activities and communicating progress to the project manager.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.,Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to protect workers and the environment.,Managing project budgets and ensuring efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction and maintenance projects.,Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
