Mart Local Abadi is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Technical Writer to join our team in Gresik. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others understand complex technical concepts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Create user manuals, guides, and other technical materials.,Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams.,Mentor and train junior technical writers.,Ensure all documentation is compliant with company standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
