Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.,Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, cost estimates, and final project documentation.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and project team members.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in civil engineering.,Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering civil engineering projects.,Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and standards in Indonesia.,Proficiency in using civil engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software.,Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
