Develop and implement life insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of clients,Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective communication and sales of our products,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships,Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and regulations,Manage and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and productivity,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the company,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in life insurance planning or a related field,Strong knowledge of life insurance products and their features,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proven track record of successful sales and client acquisition,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Understanding of the Indonesian insurance market and regulations
