📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Planning Manager in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
