This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Create user manuals, guides, and other instructional materials.,Revise and edit existing technical documents to improve clarity and usability.,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to enhance documentation.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the overall success of our documentation efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Passion for creating clear, concise, and engaging technical content.
