PT Tambang Garuda is looking for a dedicated and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds with the flexibility to work from home and in the office.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics processes. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods, managing inventory, and ensuring that all logistics activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Coordinate and manage the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Develop and implement logistics plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and report on logistics performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain good working relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to logistics.
  • Ability to travel and work in different locations.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
